本機設計適合低黏稠性液體的充填, 特別適合運用在礦泉水, 無果粒果汁及酒製品等液態產品。
特點:
1. 本機主要結構由SUS#304不銹鋼及鋁合金製成。
2. 控制系統採用三菱PLC可程式控制器 , 搭配Pro-Face大型液晶顯示人機介面。
3. 提供20組記憶區 , 可儲存充填時間及參數。
4. 快速換線裝置 , 更換不同瓶型可節省工時與成本。
5. 數字式設定 , 操作容易 , 可充填不同容量。
6. 無容器不充填的安全裝置。
7. 潛入式充填可預防充填時液體溢出 , 並減少泡沫產生。
8. 充填範圍 : 250 ml ~ 3000 ml。
9. AC馬達皆為變頻驅動控制。
10. 熱充填溫度最高可達攝氏90度。

1. 補料泵浦。( 附腳架 )
2. 進瓶轉盤。( 直徑 : 650 / 800 / 1000 mm)

6. No bottle no filling safety device.

8. Dipping type filling nozzle, no spilling of liquid onto clean bottles and conveyor.
9. Filling nozzle holding device and uplift assembley with a huge solenoid valve.
10. One air compressor with dryer is required to be prepared by user.
